Serviced Office in Pyongyang - Yours

All of the Benefits. None of the hassle.

You may have ideas and plans for your company or organization and North Korea (DPRK) - but you might not wish to make the upfront investment right now, for getting in on the ground.

We understand that.

We have the solution. HK&A is pleased to offer the "serviced office": a package to companies that wish the benefit of having some kind of presence on the ground, without having to take, early on, the full sequence of steps for establishing, for example, a liaison, representative or branch in the DPRK.

The basics:

If you or your company/organization wish to put your "toe in the water", and have a presence of some kind in the DPRK, without the hassle;

If you or your company/organization seek to establish a foothold, before the competition;

If you or your company/organization wish the benefit of assistance and advice for an all-in, fixed package;

Then the solution is:

An office presence in the capital of the DPRK, through HK&A.

What you get:

1. Your own specific e-mail address (i.e. your company@pyongyangoffice.com (or ....@pyoffice.com if you prefer), which passes through our server, and can be replied to on your behalf and in conjunction with you -- there is an art to corresponding with the DPRK;

2. Assistance from HK&A regarding all basic communication with the DPRK to maintain and cultivate that presence;

3. Access to Michael Hay and his team;

4. Introductions on a basic level - with the chance to negotiate a more solid working relationship if you decide you wish to enter the market.

5. All for one, fixed quarterly fee, with flexibility if you wish to terminate.

Please note:

a. In the event that you wished to use this service, your company/organization would require basic vetting by DPRK authorities - HK&A can help with this process.

b. In the event that you wished, later, to progress to a more substantive, specific and detailed project in the DPRK, then different terms and conditions would apply, according to the increased work necessary
